ELIGIBILITY: NOT Candidates for Permanent Makeup if any of the below applies to you: - Under 18 - Heart Conditions/Pace Maker/Defibrillator - Pregnant or Nursing - Diabetic - Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor) - Auto-immune disease (consult your doctor) - Active viral infections and/or disease - Epilepsy - Allergy to topical anesthetics (e.g. lidocaine) - Had an Organ transplant - Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.) - Sick (cold, flu, etc.) - Keloid Scarring (consult your doctor) - Hemophiliac - Seborrheic Dermatitis - Use of the following medications: Triflusal (Disgren), Clopidogrel (Plavix), Prasugrel (Effient), Ticagrelor (Brilinta), Ticlopidine (Ticlid), Cilostazol (Pletal), Vorapaxar (Zontivity), Dipyridamole (Persantine), Coumadin, Pradaxia (dibigatran), Xarelto (rivaraxaban), Eliquis (apixaban), Savaysa (edoxaban), Doxycycline, - FOR EYE/LASH SERVICES: If you have eyelash extensions, they MUST be removed prior to your appointment. - FOR LAMINATION/LIFT: If you have a history of allergic reactions to perming or tinting solutions. - REMOVAL ONLY: Not eligible if you have an allergy to saline solutions. APPOINTMENT PRE-CARE REQUIREMENTS: - Guests: Please do NOT bring guests to your appointment. Studio space is limited and does not accommodate additional guests. - Makeup: Please arrive to your appointment without makeup on! - Exercise: Do not work out 24 hours before the procedure. - Alcohol and Caffeine: Avoid these 24 hours before the procedure as they are blood thinners. - Sun and Tanning: Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to the procedure. - Medications and Supplements: Avoid Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Advil/Ibuprofen, Fish Oil, and “Hair, Skin, Nail” supplements 24 hours before the procedure. - Skin Treatments: Discontinue Glycolics, Chemical Peels, and Retin-A 4 weeks prior. - Menstrual Cycle: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle. - Accutane: Must be off for 1 year. - Latisse: Discontinue for a minimum of 3 week before your procedure. - Fillers: Should be done 6 weeks prior to or 6 weeks after the procedure. - Botox: Should be performed either 4 weeks prior to or 4 weeks after your procedure. - Power Shakes and Greens: Avoid 3 days prior to procedure as they cause blood thinning and heavy bleeding. - Cold Sores: If prone, you can ask your doctor for a prescription to prevent cold sores or take over the counter Lysine supplements at least 3 days before your appointment to prevent an outbreak. - Vertigo: Inform your technician if you suffer from vertigo. - Lash Extensions (Eyes): If you have eyelash extensions, they MUST be removed. - AHA and Petroleum Products (Brows): Refrain from using any Petroleum products like Vaseline or Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to the eyebrow area 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after your procedure. -Waxing, Lamination, Lift and Tinting (Brows/Eyes): Cannot have been done within one week of appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked through our website and a non-refundable deposit is required to book which will be deducted from the cost of your service UNLESS clients do not meet the following:
• Appointments must be re-scheduled or canceled at least 48 hours before your appointment time, if not, your deposit will charged as a cancelation fee.
• Appointments MUST be confirmed at least 12hr PRIOR to the appointment time. Failure to confirm the appointment in accordance with this policy will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit will charged as a cancelation fee.
• There is a 15 minute grace period for lateness. After this grace period your appointment will be canceled and will be asked to reschedule. Your deposit will charged as a cancelation fee.
• Flexible appointment arrangements can be requested via e-mail. Please send at least 3 preferred dates and times. $25 accommodation fee will apply.
•Cancellation/no-show fee is equal to the deposit of $50.
In an effort to respect my time and your own, there will be no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!

The work area is clean and very professional Jess is also a total pro, while still being very nice and making me feel comfortable and at ease. My results are very natural exactly what I wanted. Jess has the skill level to give you whatever result you are look for.

Jessica was great! I’d done microblading in the past, but got ombré brows with her, and she completely refreshed my face. Looking forward to going back for my touch up.

Jess was amazing! I got the Ombre powder brows and couldn't be happier with the results. She took her time and made sure the brow shape was absolutely perfect. The entire process was painless, and it was definitely worth it!

Great place . Jess was very professional and did a great job . My eyebrows look awesome.
Place was very clean. the ladies calmed me down and were very patient with me. All anxiety went out the window. I would definitely recommend this place.
